You will need: Water | Whey Protein | Flour | Coffee Mug
1.) Use kitchen measuring cup to scoop 1/3 cup of your protein powder into a mug. 2.) Pour in FREEZINda™ dry mix (liquid mix not used). 3.) Pour in 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour. 4.) Mix in 1/4 cup (2 oz) cold water until thick even batter. 5.) Microwave 1 min 15 sec (add 15 sec if top is moist/not fully cooked)

Protein Powder Popsicles Recipe
(makes four 4 oz popsicles) You will need: Water | Whey Protein | Popsicle Molds
1.) Use kitchen measuring cups to scoop 1 cup of your protein powder into a mixing bowl. 2.) Pour in 1 3/4 cup (14 oz) cold water. 3.) Pour in FREEZINda™ dry mix (liquid mix not used). 4.) Stir 1 min. 5.) Pour/funnel into popsicle molds and place in your freezer.
