WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We ship to all United States and Canadian delivery addresses, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific. We do not currently ship to other countries at this time.
United States - Standard shipping rates are free for all orders. Expedited shipping options via USPS Priority Mail® and USPS Priority Mail Express® are available on checkout.
Canada - Standard shipping rates start at $13.99 USD. Shipping will be provided by USPS First-Class Package International Service®.
STANDARD (UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS)
Standard shipping is available to all United States delivery addresses and residing territories and will be selected from the following carriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and may include SurePost or Parcel Select. Expected delivery can take up to 5 business days. Standard shipping to Canada will be provided by USPS First-Class Package International Service®. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates for First-Class Package International Service®, but most packages are expected to be received within 4-7 business days.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL® (2-3 BUSINESS DAYS)
2-3 day delivery is available to all United States delivery addresses and residing territories via USPS Priority Mail®.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS® (1-2 BUSINESS DAYS)
1-2 day delivery is available to all United States delivery addresses and residing territories via USPS Priority Mail Express® for orders under $25.
DO ALL ORDERS INCLUDE TRACKING?
Yes, all orders will include tracking information. You will be emailed tracking information upon shipment. Receiving tracking updates via messaging is a selectable feature upon checking out. Once shipped, tracking information will also be available in customer's account (https://www.freezinda.com/account/register).
DO SHIPMENTS REQUIRE SIGNATURE OF DELIVERY?
No, deliveries will not require proof of signature.
FREEZINDA LLC reserves the right to hold any order for security review. If the order you placed is chosen for review, you will be notified within 2 business days.
We offer a full satisfaction guarantee on FREEZINda™. We are confident that you will enjoy and love FREEZINda™ not only because it's innovative, but it really does make your protein powder taste great! But, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or was received damaged, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can take care of you right away.
Our refund policy is 30 days from your purchase date. If you would like a replacement due to damage during shipment transit, we will gladly offer this option. We kindly ask you to email us a picture of the damaged product, so we can further assess to ensure that it will not happen to any future shipments. Refunds will only be made for purchases made directly through https://www.freezinda.com. If you purchased FREEZINda™ at a local brick-and-mortar or another online retailer, please contact them directly regarding their refund policy. We kindly ask you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase order information as well as the reason for return. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we would love to hear feedback. Upon receiving your email request you will receive a RMA and our return shipping address. Buyer will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for item return. When your item is received it will be inspected and if a refund is issued you will receive credit back on the original form of payment.
