Our refund policy is 30 days from your purchase date. If you would like a replacement due to damage during shipment transit, we will gladly offer this option. We kindly ask you to email us a picture of the damaged product, so we can further assess to ensure that it will not happen to any future shipments. Refunds will only be made for purchases made directly through If you purchased FREEZINda™ at a local brick-and-mortar or another online retailer, please contact them directly regarding their refund policy.
